Im swapping a late 70's carburated 350 sbc into my jeep tj.

hey, im swapping a late 70's carburated 350 sbc into my jeep tj. with nothing from the wiring harness connected besides the alternator and the starter will the jeep crank up?
JA: Have you checked all the fuses? Do you have a wiring diagram?
Customer: i have the wiring diagram but that does not answer my question

Yes it will start if you are using a stand alone distributor. What are you doing for a transmission and fuel pump??
