So, i have a...

So, i have a 2003 jeep liberty with the 3.7 liter v6. I just put a new starter and tested the battery and it wont crank the engine

Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the fuel supply? And are all the spark plugs working?

Yup, its not turning over to begin with. I turn the key and nothing, just silence

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Liberty yourself? What have you tried so far?

Tested battery, cleaned connections, new starter and flip flopped the power relays

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

I dont have access to a scan tool. It died in a parking lot miles from any part store.
