Hello, my name is ***** ***** I will assist you today. Does the engine just crank crank crank crank crank and not fire, or does nothing at all happen when you turn the key to the start position?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Only one click
Expert:  Chris replied 3 months ago.

Ok, when this happens,is that click coming from the starter?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
No it doesn't sound like it. Sounds like a relay. And after the first click it doesn't do it again
Expert:  Chris replied 3 months ago.

Ok, Let's try something: Locate the starter relay in the under hood fuse box and remove it. Now look on the bottom of the relay. The terminals are numbered. Locate terminal # 30 and # 87. Look at where those terminals go in the relay/fuse box. Now get a small wire and jump cavity # 30 to #87. Let me know if it will crank.
