Are you saying that the engine cranks over but does not start or are you saying that it does not crank over at all?
Are there any codes in the computer?
Thank you for that information.
So the engine cranks over but does not start a times correct?
It has 60 psi of fuel pressure when this no start condition occurs?
Have you checked for spark when this happens?
If the engine is cranking over and not starting, it has nothing to do with the starter motor.
Please check for spark when this condition occurs and reply back so we can continue.
You will have to wait until the problem act up again.
Once it does, you will need to have a spark tester ready/available and install it going to one of the spark plugs and watch for spark as an assistant cranks the engine over.
No hurry on my end. Simply reply back when you have this information.
I hear ya!
The spark tester should be less than 10 bucks.
I will be looking forward to your reply.
So the engine cranks and cranks for some time before it starts..
Thank you. I understand now what is going on.
Its too early to tell.
Testing needs to be done
