Customer Question
It is overheating....

It is overheating. Just changed the thermostat and still overheating?

Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the coolant? Have you checked for a leak in the cooling system?

We have no leaks and coolant. All is brand new.

Mechanic's Assistant: What is the model/year of your Jeep?

2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Grand Cherokee yourself? What have you tried so far?

Yes, drained coolant and changed thermostat. Refilled with fresh water/coolant

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

That is all I can think of.
