After replacing the battery in my 2003 jeep liberty the radio will not come back on
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: yes
JA: Are you fixing your Liberty yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: no We had to replace the ignition switch
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

If the radio does not work then it has either lost a power or ground feed or has failed. If this happened after a battery disconnect then odds are the radio has failed.

If fuses are good then the next step would be to remove the radio and test it's powers and grounds. If ok then the radio will either need to be replaced or sent to a repair facility such as United Radio.
