Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist with this today. In some cases I may need more info to assist better.I apologize for any delay.

This can be an issue with the PCM or wiring from the relay or PCM itself. The diagnostic procedure below has to be followed to pinpoint which component or what is at fault here. Then from there it can be repaired to resolve this issue. If you need more info let me know.

With ignition key on, battery voltage above 10.4 volts, and engine RPM greater than 400.

No voltage sensed at the PCM when the ASD relay is energized.

- Wiring harness intermittent defect
- ASD relay output circuit open
- Fused B+ circuit open
- ASD relay defective
- PCM defective
