JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: Yes I have checked no leaks new water pump
JA: What is the model/year of your Jeep?
Customer: 1997 jeep grand cherokee 4.0
JA: Are you fixing your Grand Cherokee yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i was on the shop they install a new water pump termostad heater core. it did work for a week, but now i still have the same problem
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

hey how are you

1- are the radiator fan coming on ?

2- is the ac/heat control unit ,moving the blend doors from cool to hot ?

3- usually heat core is a problem but u said they fixed ?

4- if you sit on idle heat on & rev up , does heat increase or no ?
