Have you checked coolant level? Does temp gauge sit in middle where it should when vehicle is warmed up? Thanks.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
The coolant levels and thermostat are working properly. But when it warms up it has no heat. The only time you can get a little bit of heat is when the cabin circulation is closed and it's on the vent or floor.
