Wipers not working, fuses ok, replaced motor and still not

Customer Question

wipers not working, fuses ok, replaced motor and still not working??
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: no, but I found the fuse for the wipers, J20 on the 07 wrangler
JA: Are you fixing your Wrangler yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes, checked fuses, replaced wiper motor and linkage. could the connection be bad.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no
