Hello and welcome to just answer and allowing me to assist you. I may need to ask questions to get a better picture of what's going on so excuse me for any delay. Have you checked all the related fuses? did you take the back door pannel off to access the rear wiper motor to check for power and ground? How handy are you with checking electrical problems on cars? Do you have a volt meter and or test light?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I have a volt meter but I just don't know how to set it to read a 20 amp fuse

if the fuse isn't the problem, then what is?
Expert:  Peter Bagley replied 9 months ago.

if the jeeps battery is 12 volts then set meter to 12v scale while ign on and wiper switch on should read 12v both sides. or you can check out of vehicle with ohms set to infinity or continuity check. if the fuse checks ok and power to both sides check for power at the wiper motor.
