Hi im kevin have you had fault codes read from car ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
they have been , but i dont know what they were, they wouldnt tell me as it was a warranty job. but 2 glow plugs were replaced along with exhaudst sensor
Expert:  Kevin replied 1 year ago.

I would take it back they obviously have t fixed the original problem under warrenty .even if its warrenty they have to tell you the issue

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
at the moment they refuse to look further & we live $00k400k form them,
Expert:  Kevin replied 1 year ago.

Ok in that case the first step is to get fault codes this is the only way to know what car is unhappy with then testing can start at the components the car has flagged

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
when i spoke to them friday they were hinting it was a fuel rail & pump issue, but im hoping maybe an egr maybe swirl motor issue
Expert:  Kevin replied 1 year ago.

Ok that would suggest they have codes pointing in that direction .i would start with a code read as replacing parts unneccesarily is an expensive route to take

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
how do i get codes without a anyliser
Expert:  Kevin replied 1 year ago.

You cant have car plugged in then you can come ba k to us with codes and we can try to guide more acurately
