I cannot get the battery out.
JA: Have you tested the battery with a voltmeter? And can you see if it's leaking or not?
Customer: I got the positive and negative off, but the battery will not lift out.
JA: What is the model/year of your Jeep?
Customer: 2010 patriot
JA: Are you fixing your Patriot yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Took positive and negative off, but cannot lift battery out, that's as far as I have got. Is there some another screw holding battery in place?
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

You may have to use a bigger ratchet or possibly a breaker bar. There is no other way, sorry.
