Hello, be advised this is NOT a recall it is a TSB or bulletin. It is a problem that is was noted and how to correct. I have attached a link to the service bulletin which explains the drain and so on

I agree, was sending that information in case that was the issue as this causes water in case and on the floor The drain itself is out firewall, Now many pics to show location, this link to a video shows this

that is the drain in the video. in all vehicles it is down low on firewall pretty much directly below where the ac lines enter the firewall. Its there, you must be missing it
