Customer Question

I have a 2009 jeep patriot that had replacement tipm on February 2014, along with radio replacement at same time, have had continuous electronic issues and service say that the tipm needs replacing again... none of which are covered by the warranty. I have inquired regarding the class action about the issue meanwhile the jeep patriot seems to have some shifting problems along with no working horn, lights quit working on their own. .. I haven't been driving it... bought a brand new car
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: Headlights, turn signals. ..
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: We change bulbs a lot, goes into traction control by itself sporadically
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: It's like the car is possessed
