Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The overhead console may be a separate issue but if that started at the same time as the rest of the issues then repair the window problem first and see if that takes care of the EVIC.

The rest of the issues are being caused by a loss of power or ground to the driver's door module. This could be anywhere in the harness but there is nearly a 100% chance that a wire is broken in the boot between the door and body. There is a black boot between the door and body where the door harness runs to the body harness. This wiring flexes each time the door is opened and closed and can eventually break. You should find either a larger gauge black ground or orange power feed wire broken.
