Please help!!! I'm at home, my boyfriend has my Jeep 100

Customer Question

Please help!!! I'm at home, my boyfriend has my Jeep 100 miles away, and the horn keeps blowing and he can't start the car with his key. He does not have a 'push button' key that will lock and unlock the doors. He usually just puts the key in the ignition to stop the horn, but it's not working.
JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: I'll have him check that. How could that be a problem? He did disconnect the horn, but now cannot start the car. It is a 2010 Jeep Wrangler if that helps
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: He has just disconnected the horn so far.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: ??? No idea. Like I said, I'm 100 miles away.
