I' Victor. Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JK, 2014, Recharged the

Customer Question

Hi, I' Victor.
JA: What is the model/year of your Jeep?
Customer: Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JK
JA: What year is your Wrangler Rubicon?
Customer: 2014
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Recharged the battery.
JA: Have you tested the battery? Is the battery fluid low?
Customer: I did not test it at all. I don't know how to do that. Charged it during 2 hrs. Charger showed green light, per charger's manual this means the battery is full.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: No lights at the dash board at all.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Jeep Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello Victor, my name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today. I think that maybe the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module ) may have locked up or has failed. Try this : disconnect the negative battery cable for 2 minutes and then reconnect it. See if that works. Let me know.
