Fuel pump not energizing. Replaced relay replaced pump checked old pump. Power not getting to pump. What did i miss

Good evening, Check the 5 volt reference from pins 17 of the A connector and 31 of the B connector of the Powertrain Control Module. If no 5v reference, unplug the sensors. The sensors that are fed the 5 volt reference are the Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor, Throttle Position Sensor , Crank Position Sensor, Cam Position Sensor, Governor Pressure Sensor and Vehicle Speed Sensor. Check the wiring for a short to ground.

Sometimes the sensors will get the 5v shorted to ground which will cause everything to not get power anymore until it is repaired. There is also a common issue with the PCM wiring and they make a repair kit. I have loaded the PCM connector view and also the TSB about the repair below.
