Customer Question

Hi! I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the keys are in the console with the dogs, One of the dogs locked the doors. What are my options?
JA: How many miles are on the car? Has this ever happened before?
Customer: 50,000 miles and no, this is a first.
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: There does not appear to be a coat hanger fix. Next I was going to call the sheriffs office and see if they still can open locked car doors.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Other than I cannot find the spare key, no.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Jeep Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello, my name is***** about your situation. Your best bet if you do not have a spare key, then call your local locksmith or towing company and ask them to use their "slim jim" kit and pop the lock open. That is the best solution at this point.

Hello, just checking back to see if you got the Jeep opened up and retrieved your keys.
