Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

This may be a couple things.

It could be a module or wiring issue but is most likely an issue with the camera. On the front bumper you'll see a black round object, this is the adaptive cruise camera. This is what looks forward for objects to allow the adaptive cruise and forward collision warning systems to work. The first thing you'll want to do is make sure it's clean and not covered with snow, ice, etc and make sure there is no physical damage to it.

If there are no visible issues then you'll need to see your dealer and allow them to diagnose the problem. If there is no physical damage and the camera is clean then the camera may need to be replaced.
