I have a 96 cherokee with the green/orange, white/tan, black/blue and black/white wires and an o2 sensor with a black, a grey and two white wires. I'm not sure which colors are supposed to go together.

Hello, what you have is a heated o2 sensor so,, 2 wires are for the heater, 1 is the o2 signal and 1 is the sensor ground, so.. the 2 whites are the heater wires, black is the signal wire grey is the sensor ground you hookup chart is below

Green / orange goes to either white

Black/white goes to the other white wire

Tan /white goes to the Black wire

Black/Blue goes to the Grey wire
