This can be caused from a number of components.
You can try:
Disconnect the Positive & Negative Battery Cables for 1 minute & briefly touch them together
Reconnect the Positive & Negative Battery Cables
Start & see if Warning Lights are still on
IF so, then use of Dealer Scan Tool or equal is needed to Test for Trouble Codes & locate the problem

apprx 1 hour labor
This can be a Wheel Sensor, Trans Sensor / Solenoid, Traction Sensor / Solenoid, broken wire, etc.
IF the the Lights go off, they may come back on until the issue is found & repaired
