99 jeep cherokee hazard lights work, no turn signal lights, replaced the combo flasher, replaced the multi switch, checked all the fuses on passenger side and under hood, all are good

If you lost all turn signals at once and the flasher and switch have been ruled out then you either have a wiring issue or a blown fuse. There may be a wiring issue causing a loss of power to the flasher, or there may be an issue with the multifunction switch wiring either before the switch or between the switch and flasher.

With the flasher removed and key on, using a test light how many terminals that engage the flasher have power?
