hi mark the 40 amp main ignition fuse keeps blowing on my sons 2000 grand Cherokee any sugestions on where to start

If you have the 4.0L engine, look on the back of the valcover and see if the wiring harness has rubbed thru on top of the stud going thru head... Also what is the fuse number that is blowing so I can get a wiring diagram to track down the short?
