Turn the ignition on, then the blower to MAX. Assuming you checked the 30A fuse and found voltage going through it, next step is to locate the blower motor resistor under the right side of the dash, on the evaporator housing and check to see if there is system voltage at the Dark Green wire. If not, we might have a problem with the blower switch. Turn ignition off and remove the control head. Turn ignition back on and blower to MAX. Check for voltage coming in to the switch (Yellow/Brown wire) and out to the blower (Dark Green). If voltage comes in OK but won't go out to the blower, the switch is bad and needs to be replaced.
