2008 jeep grand Cherokee wont start etc light wont go off while cranking
car towed in for not charging, we replaced alternator, still not charging, we found burnt fusable link at starter wire
replace battery harness and car has not started since

So since you replaced the battery harness it hasn't started? Did the old and new wiring harness look the same? Are all the connections intact and tight?

I attached the starter relay wiring.. Can you tell me if pins 30 and 86 have 12v when you remove the starter relay?

I came to work this morning and the Jeep started up and died after 30 seconds and now it won't crank at all, security light just blinks with the key on......

You either have a bad key or skim module. A scantool will be needed to d terming the issue and program either a new key or module.

I have a snap on souls scanner, not sure if that will do any of those task??

I'm sorry but it will not program keys. I would use the WiTech on your vehicle..
