i have a misfire code of p0300 and another code of p0420 and it chugs on start up and then is fine when it is warmed up?? any suggesttions?

The check engine light blinks when it chugs and stops and stays on when it doesn't chug. Doesn't happen on every startup. Mostly when it is wet or damp outside. But is starting to happen more frequent now.

ok usually the first thing to do with a miss fire code is a tune up
