I have a 1999 jeep cherokee 6 cyl. I have replaced plugs and wires and dist.cap recently I replaced my ecm. everything checked ok except plug #3continues to foul. Help

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
You may have a few things going on depending on what it's fouling with. If it's oil then you have a piston, ring, cylinder wall or valve guide/seal issue. If it's fuel related then it's most likely the injector but could be a shorted injector driver circuit. Small amounts of coolant leaking into the cylinder could cause buildup over time also.
