Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
If the fuse and switch are good then the problem has to be wiring, bulbs, lamp housing circuit boards, or it could be an open circuit in the junction block. After leaving the switch, power goes through the junction block and then to the rear lights. It will almost surely take some electrical testing to determine what is going on.
Was the switch adjustment performed after the new one was installed?
