Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
I'm assuming all warning lights didn't come on. If all warning lights are on then the communication bus is down.
If you aren't seeing any warning lights then the problem is most likely with the left multifunction switch. The left switch is a module that receives inputs from both switch stalks and communicates with the instrument cluster. The cluster then communicates the request to the TIPM which is what controls the lights, wipers, etc.
The left side switch will most likely need to be replaced but they will sometimes come back temporarily with a power cycle. Disconnecting the battery may restore operation temporarily.
