Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
I'm assuming that you meant the power locks don't work in the front rather than actually testing and finding no power there.
The left front door is control separately than the rest. The right front door is powered along with the rear doors so if they do work then you know the BCM is attempting to power the right front. There is little chance that it isn't attempting to power the left front also.
The problem could be wiring or the lock actuators. Almost surely you have failed lock actuators in both front doors but it could definitely be a wiring issue. The most common place to find a broken wire would be the rubber boot between the front of the door and the body.
What will need to be done is remove the door panels, unplug the latch connectors and set up a test light across the lock actuator terminals. If the test light lights when pressing the lock and unlock buttons then the latch will need to be replaced.
