Hello and welcome to JustAnswer! Unfortunately the components would not work on the 2013 Wrangler. The body style changed after 2006 from TJ to JK, in addition to cosmetic changes the vehicle was completely redesigned and shared no common parts with the older vehicles. No steering or suspension parts would be interchangeable between the two.

No way possible?
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 2 years ago.
Unfortunately not. The frame, all steering and suspension parts are different between these vehicles and they share no common parts.
