Ok, can you check to see if you have 12 volts to the positive side of the coil with the key on?

yes i have meter explaine positive side

at the coil, check for 12 volts on the darkgreenwith orange wire, with the key on.Tim

starts when it wants to,went out to test voltage,it started.currently 24 degrees out,strange huh

When you check for spark, is it a brite blue spark, or more of a yellow spark?

when u get fire it is gud blue fire.

Then we will need the vehicle not starting to diagnose, we need to know if the coil is getting 12 volts, and if so we need to probe the other wire and crank it and see it the test lite flashes, this will determine if its getting a signal from the ecm,Tim
