VerifiedGood afternoon, my name is ***** ***** ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the Jaguar. In order to remove that fender you do have to remove the rocker panel first. This is held in by 9 clips underneath and then 7 torx bolts need to removed on the side. Afterwards the fender can be removed by removing 12 bolts and undoing the headlight clip. To do this make sure the hood and door is open and with the bumper already being off that makes it easier. attached below are diagrams that show the locations of all the clips and fasteners.
that is correct, the diagram shows the position of them and theres not much to them. if i had more info or advice for it i would have mentioned it already
