2004 Jaguar XJ8 with a slow coolant leak. The thermostat housing was leaking at the seal. I replaced the seal but the car is now pushing water out of the reservoir once the car warms up. When I replaced the thermostat seal I took the thermostat and put it in a pan of boiling water. It did open up just before 200 degrees but didn't seem to open up very much.
