1637 code also saying CAN Link engine control module/ABS control module/ circuit network malfunction
JA: Have you checked the brake fluid? And have the brakes been squeaking?
Customer: yes brake was low filled it up
JA: What is the model/year of your Jaguar?
Customer: 2004 xj8
JA: Are you fixing your XJ8 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: check all fuses and relays reset check engine light and took it to jag repair shop
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: yes the check engine light in on, abs,traction control,suspension fault parking brake fault,no dal and when you turn on wiper it kills the engine

These may not all be related however it looks like we have a ground circuit fault.

There are ground points behind both headlights where sometimes the studs corrode causing these type of problems.

I did change a low beam bulb p/side

You will see these ground points behind both headlights. They are secured to the studs with 13mm nuts. Sometimes these grounds will corrode.
