Parking braking fault message on, brake light on, and ABS

Customer Question

parking braking fault message on, brake light on, and ABS light on.
JA: Is it just the ABS light? Or is the brake system warning light on, too?
Customer: Yes, both are on.
JA: What is the model/year of your Jaguar?
Customer: S-Type 2003
JA: Are you fixing your S-Type yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Well I put a water pump on and that's when all the lights came on.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: The battery don't hold a charge. I have to jump it off every morning.

Sounds like we have a low voltage issue. Not sure yet how it is related to the water pump. I first recommend we have the battery properly charged and tested as well as the charging system. Also make sure both the battery cables are clean and secure. Let me know.
