My back seat lights won't turn off and touch does not work
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: The ones in the back seat
JA: What is the model/year of your Jaguar?
Customer: 2010 XF
JA: Are you fixing your XF yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Well I just drove to work. I don't know why they won't go out

Do all the lights in the front overhead console and sun visors work?

OK look to see if the front foot well lights are also staying on. You will need to do this with all the doors closed. If they are on then we may have a problem with the front console or the wiring in the headliner. If they are not then the problem is most likely with the rear console. Let me know.
