JA: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs?
Customer: I can't identify which fuses they are - my handbook doesn't indicate any at all

Customer: To identify fuses - I can't.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: The connections appear to be sound

The hid lamps are not powered by individual fuses as the central junction box controls them with internal power supplies. Could be a problem with the hids themselves. If you have a digital multimeter we can test for battery voltage on pin 5 of both headlamp connectors. Brown/blue wire on the left side and blie/green wire on the right side. Also make sure the wiring is clean and secure going to each lamp. Let me know.
