Customer Question

Mine is a 2004 vanden plas with about 98,000 miles. The two grin shocks are down and won't inflate.
JA: Are you fixing your MiniE yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I live in Lagos Nigeria, and expert jaguar mechanics here are very hard to find. The only official dealership will probably ask for my house keys to fix it. So my mechanic brought someone with a scanner to fix it yesterday but they cannot find the fault. He anted he wanted to drive the car to his workshop yesterday but it's too low.
JA: Is the key stripped or worn?
Customer: No.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not really. I'd gladly answer any questions he might want to ask

Is it just the front that is down or the entire vehicle? Is there an air suspension fault or vehicle too low warning on?
