JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?

Customer: Tried to jump start from under the hood,following the instructions in owners manual

Use the jump start terminal under the hood to open the trunk electrically. Then we can get right on the battery to charge it. Let me know.

Have access to the trunk....just a bit confuse d on how to charge the battery

The battery is located under the bottom cover. Connect the red positive lead of your jumper to the positive battery terminal cable then connect the black ground lead to the body or negative terminal.
