my son, was replacing a light bulb on my xk8 1999 jaguar,so he removed the front fixturethen the whole fixture and is having trouble putting it back together.
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: headlights
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?

Usually what happens is the bottom gets stuck on the bracket that has the torx bolt. There are two small bolts on this bracket that can be loosened then the bracket can slide making it easier.
