This sounds like an issue with the ECM since the fans are coming on. It could be the ECM diode or ECM relay in the engine compartment fuse box. We also should check the battery as low voltage can cause this so please check the battery and cable connections. We also will need to check fuses with a digital multimeter checking for battery voltage to all fuses as this will also check the switched system power relays. Also please make sure the inertia switch did not trip. To reset it just depress the top of it. It is located behind the passenger front kick panel. There should be a hole int he panel where you can put your finger through to depress the top of it. We also need to scan the vehicle for the stored faults. Let me know.
