windshield wipers stay 1/2 up - turn them off and the speedometer goes to zero but you are still going 110 kms

Sounds like we have an electrical system issue. First I recommend we check the battery and cable connections to make sure all are clean and secure. If so then check for any signs of water or corrosion in both the fuse boxes under the jood and in the trunk. Without a Jag factory tool it will be difficult to diagnose. We also should check the grounds behind the headlamp on The right hand side. These ground points corrode and crack.
