That code is for low keep alive memory voltage. First check to make sure voltage is present on both sides of fuse #7 (5 amp) in the primary fuse box located in the passenger side lower kick panel. If the fuse is good then the wire is most likely broken or cannot carry the voltage to the PCM. It is pin 44 orange / yellow wire on the 58 way connector. The PCM is located in the passenger rear of the engine compartment under the pollen filter housing.
