Jaguar XF Luxury: I have had a recurrent coolant leak

Customer Question

I have had a recurrent coolant leak for the last year. My 2013 XF goes in every 2 months with little coolant remaining, but they've been unable to find the leak. They have finally decided to replace my engine under warranty. I'm concerned that there may be other parts that have been damaged by this recurrent problem. Once the engine has been replaced, is there anything else I should be worried about?

Hi I'm Kevin it sounds as though they have it covered . The worst outcome from coolant leaks is damage to engine from overheating (if this happens) as the engine is being replaced they obviously think engine is burning coolant . By replacing engine they are covering all bases no other parts will have been damaged
