Hello and welcome to
When the engine will not crank does the vehicle power up normally? Will the shifter release from park with the ignition on and foot on the brake?

Yes to both? If so will the engine start in neutral and tell me what the red security led on the top center of the dash does when you turn the ignition ON
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Car will start in natural either, the red light comes on when trying to start the car.

Have an assistant crank the engine to see if there is power to both sides of fuse #19 (25 amp) in the engine fuse box. If not then the ECM or the ignition switch is jot energizing the relay. If you do then make sure you have power to the large main power cable and the small trigger wire on the starter. Also check the braided ground strap.
