I HAVE A 1999 VDP - THE "STABILITY FAIL" AND "ABS" LIGHT WOULD COME ON AND OFF ...BUT NOW IS ON ALL THE TIME.... WHAT IS POSSIBLY GOING ON AND WHAT MIGHT THE FIX BE?

When those warnings come on the ABS control module has detected a fault and stored a fault code. This will need to be read with a Jag factory tool or equivalent. On these vehicles I see issues with the ABS module, front wheel speed sensors and front speed sensor harnesses bit we need the four digit code to be sure. As an example a C1095 would be a fault with the module.
