Richard, Spoke to you 2 weeks ago about 2001 Jaguarxk8 that goes into Fail Safe Mode. with "No ASC Available" message. Changed Mass Air Flow Sensor, checked plug and wires,seem OK. Sealed any air leaks in Intake Air Duct work to Throttle body. Still does
it,Any Suggestions ?Car runs great 20 to 30 miles then does it. shut it off for 5-10 minutes and its fine again?

I recommend we check fuel pressure with a gauge. There is a fuel rail test port on the passenger side rear of the fuel rail. If the fuel pressure is high it can cause this like if the vacuum regulator is bad. This would not cause the ASC failure warning so we will need to see what fault codes are stored in the ABS module. Let me know.
